Position Overview


Cayenta is financially strong and growing quickly, with this exciting growth comes opportunity!


We are searching for a talent professional with recruitment, training and development experience. This role will initially work to establish a funnel of talent to fill open positions. Long term this position will work with the leadership team of Cayenta and HR on training and culture initiatives.

Primary Functions

What will be your impact?

  • High Volume and strategic recruiting for techinical and professional roles
  • Lead onboarding initiatives for the business unit to increase retention
  • Create and facilitate learning and development programs to enhance the effectiveness of employees performance in achieving company goals and objectives
  • Develops and/or recommends options for training and development initiatives throughout the organization based on corporate objectives
  • Assist in development and administration of employee engagement initiatives
  • Supports the utilization of LMS system and internal training


What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5 + years of experience in house with a focus in high volume hiring/ staffing initiatives
  • 5 + years of experience in Training/Organizational Development (OD)
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent (expert user of key sourcing tools)
  • Demonstrated results in developing and implementing innovative learning and development programs and initiatives
  • Ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer needs
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to interact with and support upper management and HR management/business partners as well as collaborate with a variety of management levels and functional groups
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency utilizing and optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), Learning Managament Systems (LMS), excel and HRIS

  • Human Resources Professional Certifications
  • A combination of corporate and agency experience
  • Technical Recruiting, professional services environment preferred
  • Experience/proficiency with WorkDay (HRIS/ATS) and Sum Total/Skillsoft (LMS)
