    inHANCE is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of the inHANCE product line. You will be maintaining and enhancing the existing software as well as collaborating directly with end users to gain a better understanding of their requirements in order to develop products which help them perform their jobs most effectively.


    This exciting and challenging position requires a self-motivated and independent individual who is committed to developing innovative products at inHANCE that are used in the utility industry.

    Primary Functions

    • As a key member of the R&D Team you will work with top notch developers and multi-disciplinary teams to develop, maintain, test and implement new software features in the inHANCE Product Suite
    • Prepare, plan and document release methodology, change controls, and application release migrations
    • Work independently within a team to provide production support, problem diagnosis, and problem resolution
    • Work on new initiatives for remote work order, asset management, CMMS
    • Maintain development deadlines and provide accurate estimates
    • Analyze and troubleshoot product stability issues reported by clients
    • Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability
    • Follow functional/technical specifications
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance group to support release process for changes
    • Communicate with both internal and external clients to ensure changes that meet requirements
    • Actively participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions
    • Assist Professional Services/Support staff as required with investigations of technical issues


    • Extensive experience working in a fast paced software development team where you were designing and developing mid to large scale web and client-server applications in a Microsoft / .Net environment.
    • Strong knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Proven ability to perform software analysis and design, as well as requirements gathering
    • 2+ years of experience developing with MS .NET solutions including C#, Web services, and Winforms
    • 2+ years of experience working with MS SQL Server including T-SQL design and developing effective stored procedures and triggers
    • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
    • Knowledge of Xamarin, Android, iOS development is highly desired.
    • Any experience working with the following technologies would be considered a strong asset:
      • Microsoft Dynamics GP
      • XML
      • Accounting (governmental fund account preferred)
      • .NET 4.0+ and VS 2010/2012 experience
      • SSRS
      • Crystal Reports
      • Team Foundation Server
      • SCRUM or similar Agile environments
