Position Overview

We are currently looking for a team oriented, motivated, client focused technical support representative.

Primary Functions

  • Receives requests for service via telephone, e-mail and ticketing system from end users
  • Provides quality support to end users, troubleshooting software application issues as well as PC hardware & peripheral issues
  • Works with Team Viewer and other tools to help identify and remedy issues
  • Analyzes, defines and researches the end user's problem, and implements/recommends solutions to resolve the issue
  • Goes on site to support clients during ‘go lives’
  • Provides appropriate escalation of support requests for expedited resolution
  • Identifies recurring problems/trends; notifies and works with the development team to implement solutions
  • Offers new ideas and opinions that will benefit the company, the clients, and the industry
  • Trains customers and users (online & onsite)
  • Develops procedure documentation including short manuals and videos for software updates, features or functions
  • Creates flyers, email promotions, and product advertisements
  • Orders and oversees delivery of marketing specialty items


  • 1 + years of experience in IT customer support
  • Must be bilingual (English and French)
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
  • Must be available for on-call services
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A background as a radiology technician would be a strong asset
  • Strong knowledge of software, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take direction and follow procedures, prioritize and multitask,
  • Can work independently & cooperatively in a team environment
  • Possesses analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
