Harris Public Health Solutions is seeking a Customer-oriented Implementation Consultant to join their team! We are looking for an Implementation Consultant that is passionate about providing mission critical implementation services, upgrades and troubleshooting to customers. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft CRM experience and will work with effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills are a must!

Primary Functions

  • Deploying and maintaining Microsoft CRM
  • Installing and maintaining Microsoft servers and operating systems
  • Advanced working technical knowledge of system software, protocols, and standards
  • Understanding local area network administration
  • Working with SQL databases: Installation, administration, troubleshooting performance issues, and basic scripting
  • Identifying and recommending solutions that reduce cost while improving efficiencies
  • Experience working with application teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Planning and executing software upgrades in test and production environments
  • Supporting and participating in system backups and disaster recovery plans
  • Owning, tracking, and resolving Customer Cases
  • Manage and monitor installed systems and software in hosted environments

Qualifications

The Implementation Specialist must possess a high level of initiative, aptitude and energy in order to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Addition required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a BS degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years system administration experience
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM, AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Hyper-V and TCP/IP
  • Must be able to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
