Harris CareTracker is seeking a Customer Support Analyst/ Enrollment Coordinator to provide support to customers which will involve answering complex questions on the function and usage of our products. The Customer Support Analyst will investigate, manage, track and work closely with clients on various enrollment tasks.
You must have the ability to multi-task and see issues through to resolution. You will serve as primary support liaison between company and customer.
The ideal Customer Support Analyst will possess several of the following skills:
