    Our Cayenta team has an exciting opportunity for driven individuals, and we're looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst that is passionate about providing top notch business and system requirements analysis to provide written requirements and solutions for the development team.


    The Senior Requirements Analyst role requires an organized analyst who understands the software engineering processes. Someone who has strong inter-personal, supervisory and team building skills; Who is able to interact constructively with other departments and their management teams, own staff, internal and external customers; Who is able to support and contribute to cross-functional programs;  Who is able to interact with and present to senior management.

    Primary Functions

    • Translates business and system needs into Solution Requirements for Designers, Developers and Testers to consume and uses Requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques for the purpose.
    • Contribute to minor defect fixes and enhancements to the development of new applications.
    • Involved in all types of solution approaches and solution domains.
    • Acts independently or with limited direction to formulate and define the systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
    • Develop or modify the most complex information systems.
    • Perform analysis of the business' and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system difficulties as necessary.
    • Guides and advises less-experienced analysts.
    • Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.


    • 5+ years of experience operating as a Requirements Analyst.
    • In–depth knowledge of requirements management best practices in the high-tech industry.
    • Ability to take an analytical approach and utilize technical knowledge to solve challenges with optimal solutions.
    • Experience with interfacing between multiple disciplines to gain full understanding of the architecture and design.
    • Experience with software requirements development, management and architecture.
    • Experience with requirements verification and validation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have a good understanding and knowledge of the technical theories, and concepts in the software field.
    • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, flexibility, and customer-centric approach.
