Harris Local Government is seeking a Support Specialist to join their team!
The Support Specialist is the primary contact for customers with support issues. The ideal candidate will work with customers and customer databases to resolve issues, manage software upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Under general supervision, provide software support and training services to customers to achieve high client satisfaction. Drawing upon product knowledge, identify and use appropriate documentation and procedures to assist customers. Perform analysis to quickly determine whether reported issues are due to training, technical, or process problems, and either provide training or refer for technical assistance in a timely manner.
The Support Analyst must possess a high level of initiative, aptitude and energy in order to succeed in a fast-paced environment. We also require several of the following attributes:
