Position Overview


Harris Recording Solutions Support division is seeking a Client Advocate to provide initial customer support in accordance with operation goals/objectives and revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses a great attitude and high level of aptitude, along with marketing skills to assist and maintain the departments social media outlets. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the daily office tasks including mail shipments, updates to social media outlets and maintaining office supplies and marketing items.


Harris Recording Solutions (HRS) (www.harrisrecordingsolutions.com) provides a full suite of revolutionary software for many County Clerks and Recorders.  These software solutions allow our customers to automate the recording process, delivering significant reductions in document handling/processing times. We are seeking a Client Advocate who will work out of the Maitland, FL office. and have the opportunity to travel on occasional for on-site support is required. You can expect to travel up to 25% of the time!

Primary Functions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Sitting in the reception area and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating the schedule of the main conference room
  • Overseeing all mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining general voicemail and Support Emails
  • Checking office supplies refilling office supplies and maintaining break room area.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist in social media outlets run by Harris Recording Solutions, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Plus.
  • Ticket input into the Helpdesk portal
  • Outbound calls to our customer base for updates as directed by management
  • Assist VP of Client Services with venue event scheduling and correspondence to customers.


in order to succeed in this Cleitn Advocate role, you will have:

  • BS/BA degree in related business or technical field or equivalent industry experience is required.
  • Excellent customer service aptitude with a positive attitude a must.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively work with clients and team members required.
  • Very good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to switch tasks easily as priorities adjust.
  • Adapts to change readily and learns quickly.
  • High level of personal integrity and committed to professional & personal excellence.

Desired Attributes:

  • Exposure to relational databases desired.
  • Understanding of Mass Appraisal and/or Tax Office industry desired.
  • Ability to research issues and provide solutions by required deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills: identification, solution, and execution.
  • Prioritize and completes projects independently.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
